Interview Details – There were several interviews. Five over the phone with VP, Director and two other BDMs. Great way to see if the team will "click." One week training in the corporate office and met with President, VP and other employees. Excellent interview process overall. Great job by Director who implemented this as part of the interview.

Negotiation Details – They offered to pay out the commissions that were pending with my current company.
