Interviewed Feb 2008 in Bangalore (India) (took 2+ weeks)
Interview process was decent, this was more of alighting to a specific requirement, It went very fast the reason being that requirement was urgent and client facing role. I had 3 rounds of discussion and 4th one being final formal introduction to MD. I found all the discussions went very professional.
