Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Arlington, TX – Reviewed May 27, 2013
Interview Details – Interview was initiated by a phone call to come in and have a "get to know you" interview with the human resource manager. Followed by a group interview, you vs the branch managers of the district. Very fun interview, you could tell they were all friends. Then I was called back for a final in branch interview where you meet who you will be working with and they give you a clearer picture of your job duties.
Interview Question – The most unexpected question they asked me how I planned to achieve my monthly goal. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Did not negotiate because I had no experience in the industry.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Houston, TX Feb 2012 – Reviewed May 6, 2013
Interview Details – Th interview was laid back and very positive. They make you want to work there with telling you the pay and bonuses but tell you little about the hours and how it works. As long as you seem enthusiastic you pretty much have the job.
Interview Question – None Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Mesa, AZ May 2012 – Reviewed Sep 25, 2012
Interview Details – The interview was like any other interview in a retail store they asked you simple questions do you have experience in cross-selling. Also did some role playing which my "subject" was a pen i describe every detail of the pen to the buyer needs. Every first convenience bank is located inside a Walmart very low moral standing 6 hours a day attacking every customer that walks past you also going into aisle approaching customers. The CO-worker i had were so greedy and the branch manager was so not experience did not know how to manage. The co-worker did not care about team player it was all about who ever can open the most account had my account open from one of my co worker and she put it under her name. To become a manager does not take much at all no degree needed just make lot of sales and you can become a branch manager.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Temple, TX Jul 2012 – Reviewed Aug 7, 2012
Interview Details – I attended a local job fair hosted by the bank where I was interviewed by a bank manager. (They also post open positions on job posting sites like Indeed.) (You need to fill out an online application as well.) I recieved a call back in less than a week where it was arranged for me to partake in a second interview with the branch manager along with two other managers. Then within two days following I was notified I was hired after succssfully submitting a background check. You need to know about the company, know what the job entails prior to interviewing with the company. Following your second interview you may have to go up to a few customers and try to get them to open up a bank account.
Interview Question – Well, lets just say they were very detailed in there questions regarding my previous employement, be prepared to explain your previous work history if need be, and to tell them why you would be good fit for the company-position. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Be prepared to sell well if you want to make a good salary.
Pros: Great People you work with. Pay is good if single or married with no children. Get commission for sales that comes in a third check every month. – Full Review `
