After the phone interview I interviewed with the hiring manager and another supervisor. They asked the normal questions with nothing catching me off guard. I then got a tour and was escorted to the parking lot. I received a phone call a few week after and accepted the job pending a background check and a third interview with the Director. It was more of a meet and great interview, we talked about the weather and current economics.

The pay was set in stone and they wouldn't budge from it. After being there awhile, they can move on pay as I offered several others more pay as a hiring member.

Applied online, the recruiter, whom was very pleasant, called me approximately 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview with her. We conducted to phone interview which involved the recruiter asking basic questions about my background from my resume. She then said she would get back to me to schedule an interview with the manager, she was very prompt, scheduled me for an interview a day later. I met with one of the managers whom again asked very basic questions. After he interviewed me, he sent in another manager whom then basically followed up with the same basic questions as the first interviewer. Simplistic process, nothing really in depth.

Screening phone interview by recruiting from satellite office close geographically.
On-site interview with manager and a panel of others in the office I was applying for a job in.
Got offered the job the same week after the interview.
Questions were general, focused on experience and with many self-rating questions.
Throughout the interview, I felt like I was leading it, which means I was able to be very convincing and persuasive.

Negotiation Details
I was asked for a salary range in the screening phone interview process and that range was re-confirmed after the on-site interview. I was offered a base salary right in the middle of the range I requested.
I would not bring up salary unless asked and then realize that you will get what you ask for, if it's not more than they are willing to pay.

Talent Acquisition team took longer than expected to set up a series of interviews due to no fault of their own. The hiring manager was slow in responding due to the possibility of the open being recalled.
I had an initial phone interview followed by a panel interview and finally a one on one interview.
The follow up from the employer side was rather slow and not very responsive.
