Interviewed Apr 2009 in Sydney (Australia) (took a day)
they called to say that HR will contact you within 1 hr to do the phone interview so be prepared. after 1 hr HR and helpdesk manager called for a phone interview. Asked about the previous jobs, what were my responsibilities, what you have achieved. As my background is in retail they asked me to say something about when and how I did excellent customer service. I could not think of anything that time. so I failed.
