Interviewed Mar 2012 in Nanuet, NY (took 2 days)
Started with a phone call. Came in and met the chief guy there and heard their pitch. Second interview was another pitch that gave more info on the company, followed by an interview with an adviser. It looks like they do this interview process quite a bit. Almost all the other guys there were fresh out of college.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
A few reasons: I am not from the area and I have no network to build a book of business. Its entirely commission based.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Woodbridge, NJ (took 3 weeks)
They had 2 interviews, and both were group interviews. One guy comes in and shows you a video while you fill out some paperwork. Then he asks you some general questions about how you heard of the internship, why this company, etc. He tells you some information, asks you some questions like about some financial stuff.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
It was unpaid, and I could not receive credits for it either. Which made it a huge strain considering the travel was uncompensated too.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in San Jose, CA (took 2 days)
Required suit and tie. Arrive 15 minutes early. Was greeted when I walked in and given a folder with literature about the company and the position. I then had to fill out a hard copy application. I had to list former employers and a description of the previous jobs. I was with a group of 8 other applicants and then the Sales Manager. He conducted a group interview and gave an overview of the company and the position. After he did this for about an hour, came the individual interviews. One on one interview with another employee of the company. Asked questions about previous work experience, why I was interested in the position, and list some things that would separate me from the other candidates. I was asked for a second interview, which was the next day. They gave us take home question to turn in the next day. There were 3 and they were: "How do you determine or evaluate success? Give an example of one of your successful accomplishments"; "What personal weakness has caused you the greatest difficulty in school or on the job? How have you worked to improve this area?"; and "What is the most difficult decision you have had to make? How did you arrive at your decision? What were the results/ramifications? Looking back, what would you have done differently?". Before the second interview, candidates were also asked to come up with ideas for sales and marketing strategies for finding clients. The second interview was a more detailed version of the first interview. There were 4 total applicants in the group and the division manager did the presentation and group interview this time. Then there came individual interviews with similar questions. They told me that they would get back to me about the position between 5-8 pm and they reached me via phone call.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I didn't think that type of work was suited for me. There is no base salary. It is all based on commission and bonuses.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Kansas City, MO (took 2 days)
I received a random phone call from them. I never even remember applying for the position. Apparently they pulled it off of my school's career website. I googled it and came across glassdoor. I read the reviews and it was exactly like everyone posted. I didn't even bother getting back to them after the first round.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Indianapolis, IN (took 2 weeks)
I attending a 2 hour group presentation at my university and then had a 5 min individual interview and got invited down to their Indy office for a second interview. Once again I sat through a 2 hour presentation with a group and then got a 15 minute interview. I was informed later that evening of an offer
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Not the best fit for me. If you can survive the rough first year with their company you will be successful, but if you ever leave their company your portfolio of clients remains with the company. Also you won't be guaranteed paid for the first few months and have to check every potential client you want to call with the no call list. Makes the job very stressful

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Pasadena, CA (took 2 days)
2 days of of company presentation in group setting followed by individual interviews. Session was very informative and helpful. I realized that this wasn't the position for me. However, I did appreciate the honesty of the team conducting presentations. The position is commission based but it did seem like the company had a program in place to help in the beginning. However, I did not want to get into sales. More of analytical finance.
