Interviewed Jan 2011 in Azle, TX (took a day)
When I applied for first national bank I was contacted by a recruiter originally, they talked to me about the job position, I had to be in good standing with the bank itself such as having a postiive balance in the bank account with them, I would have to pass a drug screening and also do training classes for 2 weeks, after agreeing I got set up for a face to face interview with the manager.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 1+ week)
I was trying for an entry into banking soonafter my undergraduation. Friends advised me for banking entry a stint in customer service position and cash register maintenance are required. Accorindgly I worked for walmart. During the telephone interview intrviewer tried to assess my behaviourial aspects. It was like friendly chat and he tried to be casual and indicated that I would be listening from them shortly
During the final interview recruiter asked me if I had ever occassion to fight with the customer in walmart. My response was never. Since my undergraduation had banking subject he touched basics. This interview also calm, positive and pleasing
