I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at First Potomac Realty in June 2012.
Interview Details – I submitted a resume and cover letter to a contact that I had within the company and he passed it on to the Manager of Tenant construction out of the Columbia office and to the Vice President of Construction in Bethesda. After a couple of weeks went by, I was called for a brief phone interview from HR and then brought in a few days later for an interview in person at the Bethesda Headquarters. I met with a representative from HR, then my future supervisor (the Manager of Tenant Construction) and then, finally I met the Vice President of Construction briefly. They called me several days and offered me the position. In all, it was a very comfortable and fluid interview process.
Interview Question – Something along the lines of "What do you believe is your biggest failure/regret?" Answer Question
