    I applied through a recruiter – interviewed at Fiserv (Pune (India)) in March 2015.

    Interview

    Java Online Technical Test followed by Technical Discussion and Managerial discussion.
    Java Online test consist of 39 questions. Time allotted was 98 mins. Once a question is answered, it cannot be revisited again. For each question there could be max 3 allowed choices to be selected. You can select 1 or 2 or 3 choices. The pattern of test depends upon how well you will be answering the questions. If you are doing well, The level of question gets tough. If you are doing poor, the difficulty level of questions drop.
    Also, there is different weight to all the options in a question, positive as well as negative, i.e. there could be different marks given for correct answer and there could different marks deduction for wrong answer.

    There was long queue of 200+ people at the day but HR managed the process very well.It satrted with registration followed by machine test ,2 technical rounds and 1 HR round(formality,merely salary negotiation)

    procedure included passage writing,group discussion,written test(aptitude + technical) followed by technical interview and hr interview.written and techinical interview was quite easy and as i was preparing for cat so gd,passage writing and written was easy for me.not selected in technical interview though it was quiet easy.they took four female candidates.

    Interview

    First, there will be telephonic round in which they will test your basic technical and communication skills.
    After shortlisting you for interview :
    1st round - technical test of c#, asp.net, WCF, sql server.Must have good knowledge of web sevices and WCF.(objective type online test)
    2nd round - after passing 1st round there will be face to face technical interview.

    i got a call from gurgoan Delhi , India Hr for an opening, i attended interview. it was good . i got good comments from interviewer after interview as well. i was exactly fit for the requirement they had.it was 2 rounds i gone through. all technical.i was asked to leave for the day and hr will get back to you after 2 days. i waited till 2 days and i called hr for my status. they asked me to wait for more 1 week.as interview were still going on.again i called them after a week.he told me to as this requirement is on hold. i can not tel if you cleared the round or not.

    Professional approach is very much looked, understanding of BPO operations expertise in collections and customer handling skills were looked at as the only process which was available was a business to business collections process, understanding of healthcare domain was an added advantage.
    3-4 round of interviews would be done, basis telephonic, face to face with HR/Ops manager & 1 more with senior manager.

After passing this round there will be 2-3 face to face interviews. Last but not least, there will be a HR round for package negotiation.

    I was called by the company hr to discuss about this opportunity. After passing the telephonic round, i was called in their office to have F2F round. The first one was with a manager which went perfect but in the second round, the interview guy did not showed up. After some days, hr informed me that the position went on hold.
