Interview Details

Initial contact from the HR representative was through a phone call inviting to come on site at the Indianapolis office for an interview. A panel of 3 company representative (director of operations and marketing, hr representative) hold the interview which lasted for an hour. Standard questions ensued on having me explain how I plan on overcoming such a career change and so on. A tour of the factory followed and all staff were friendly and professional through out the process.
