Interviewed Apr 2012 in New Delhi (India) (took 2 days)
Day1 :
Round 1: Online Test on Java and J2EE, approx. 60 multiple choice questions..required at least 3.5 out of 5 to qualify.
Round 2: 1 hr technical interview on Java and J2EE
Round 3: 1 hr technical interview on Frameworks like Struts, Spring, Tiles and Hibernate
Round 4: 0.5 hr managerial interview on last company, last project, processes used etc.
Day2: 1 hour telephonic interview from manager on Project Architecture etc.
Finaly HR round and offered.

Negotiation Details
Not able to negotiate much. But they already offered a good package.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

there was an aptitude test with 60 questions in 60 minutes. they were not that easy.
then a GD which was simple.
Then the tech interview was taken by two gentlemen.
They asked me mostly about my final year project and a lot about java.
Interview Questions
Also a lot to do with C programming logic etc.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.

I was contacted by a recruiter regarding the position which was a negative for me. Had the job been on any of the prevalent job boards, I would have found it on my own. After a brief phone screen, I was asked to come in for interviews with the manager, team leads and some co-workers. Overall it went well and people were friendly.

I was able to negotiate an extra week of vacation and a little bit of money. I think the recruiter didn't push hard enough.

The interview was fairly easy. As long as you have experience in .NET development (mainly VB.NET), you will do fine in the interview.
