Interviewed Sep 2009 in Vancouver, WA (took 1+ week)
I was recruited at a job fair. My information was given to a recruiter, and then I went through number of interviews. I had a phone interview, then was asked to come on-site for a 1:1 interview. The 1:1 interview lasted about 5 hours, and I was gradually interviewed by higher supervisors. 3 days later I was asked to do an on the phone mock-sales call and then I was offered a job later that day. I declined the offer because I was offered another job at a more desireable company.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in San Mateo, CA (took 2 days)
The interview lasted more than 3 hours, and I was brought before an individual from HR and a manager, then to the group vice president. So the entire process was fairly lengthy, but not strenuous, and the people didn't ask the absurd questions like "how many marbles can fit in a 747" or something like that.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 2 days)
The interview seemed to be a review of my resume and life aspirations. The people there seemed to be on the young side, but all very motivated/ serious. Despite their lack of clear credentials, they were very critical of my degree from a top university, and huge array of extracurricular activities.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 2 days)
Initial recruiter called and had phone interview on the spot. Consisted of mostly situational and example questions. Set up 1:1 interview at the end of phone interview for the next day. 1:1 interview was 3 phases consisting of similar questions. First another CSA interviewed me, then team leader, then VP. Questions were tough on both sides, be prepared for them to dissect your resume and ask you exactly how much you know about the company and about why you want to work there specifically.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 5 days)
Started with a discussion with a recruiter of questions and answers. Then we had a detailed phone interview. She was able to handle all of my detailed questions. I was called 2 or 3 days later to schedule an interview at the office. I met with the recruiter, had a tour of the facilities both with her and with a current employee in the role I was interviewing for. I also met with a direct manager and the vice president of the group. All very informative, tough questions from both sides.
