Interviewed Oct 2011 in San Mateo, CA (took 3 months)
The 2nd round (also final round) interview consisted of 3 back to back 45-minute interviews with different VPs in the office. Questions are mostly behavioral--overall the interview is very conversational so you can take the interview in any direction you want, you can emphasize your past achievements, talk about finance (or not), or the structure of Fisher. The interview lasted the entire day and included tours of the 2 locations and lunch--the Woodside location is basically a dreary calling center located in Ken Fisher's basement (literally, it is his house). Employees are pretty much smushed up against each other chicken-coop style in both locations however, the San Mateo office is a lot nicer. They seem disorganized--one employee called me to tell me I got the job and then when I called again another employee said they were still considering me. Then finally 2 months later they said they reached their hiring goals and couldn't offer me a position. Seems like an unstructured place to work and just a tad bit shady.
