Interviewed Jul 2008 in New York, NY (took 2+ weeks)
A preliminary HR interview was followed by two visits to the office. I met with the Managing Director, and about 6 or 7 directors and senior directors. I took a written exam, and was offered a job a week or two later.

1st round: Phone Interview with HR
2nd round (2 weeks later) : In office interview that lasted 2 hours. Met with 2 Directors. The interview was mostly fit; however, some technical questions related to current market environment.
Offer was made the following day. 1 week negotiation phase.

Offer was boiler plate as it was part of an analyst program. Salary increased due to market salary increase.
