Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 1 week)
I applied through a program so interview time was scheduled for me by the program coordinator. I went to the company for the interview and a few days later they offered me the position. Everyone was extremely friendly and they had a good mix of locals and expats.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Beijing, Beijing (China) (took 2 days)
I was contacted by the HR assistant at first. She asked me a series of questions regarding my education, my work history and the level my Chinese proficiency in writing and comprehension. After answering all her questions, she set up a date and time for my interview with the consumer marketing team leader, as well as the senior account director, both of whom I was to work with if offered the job. After having met them and talked to for a good hour, I was asked to come back again to meet with the HR director. After having met the HR director, the HR assistant offered me the job on the spot.
Questions asked:
1. Why PR?
2. Tell me about your past HR experience

Interviewed Apr 2011 in New York, NY (took 5 days)
Initial contact with the company was very tedious - I was basically shuttled back and forth between HR in HQ and HR in the office that I wanted to join for almost 2 months before I had real contact with anyone. After scheduling the interview, the process was must faster and smoother and I was asked to complete a writing test right away, to be returned within the hour. After the interviewer assessed my writing test, I was given a phone interview which lasted almost an hour. The interviewer was very accommodating of my schedule and she was stern, but also eager to share her hiring process/working experience with the company. Her questions varied a lot, and I sometimes found myself scrambling for answers since it didn't feel like her questions were prepared in a set order. Fortunately, I received an official offer 3 days later.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 1 week)
I met with two of the Account Executives plus a current intern. They were very candid about their experience, the nature of the work, and how the office is run. The interview process was more of a "get to know you" than a grilling interview. Most questions focused on how I'd adapt on a personal level, as most projects require a positive synergy in the office. There appeared to be no fluff or attempt to soften sharp edges. It was a breath of fresh air to be told up front the negatives, as well, about the position.

Negotiation Details
Not much room for negotiation. Not a high paying industry, so it's hard to leverage experience to get any gain since money is tight.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Saint Louis, MO (took 3 months)
After interning with Fleishman-Hillard for about a year, they were very friendly and open to putting me in touch with the right people in order to apply for a full-time position. They did warn me they take a long time to move along with the process, and they weren't lying. I applied in mid-March and didn't have a phone interview until late April, and then was invited for a face-to-face interview with 3 different people in mid-June. Although I was not offered a job, it took them another 3 weeks after the interview to tell me.
However, everyone I interacted with and met with was extremely positive and engaging, and I always felt comfortable.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Dale, IL (took 2 months)
The phone interview was laid back, literally a get-to-know you chat. Was contacted within a week with an invitation to an in-office interview. 4 interviewers - all super nice and laid back, went over my resume, etc. Had a writing test, which included research and proofreading.
