I applied through a recruiter and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Flextronics in November 2013.

Interview Details – I was approached via email by one of their recruiters. Had a very pleasant phone screen interview with the recruiter, who scheduled an interview with the local site manager. That's when the process began to go awry. First, the site manager said he didn't know I was coming. He basically painted a picture of burnt out employees not meeting their goals because they were so under-staffed. Then he asked a question concerning my age that was out and out discriminatory. I didn't receive an offer and I'm glad - I left the site planning to decline any offer.

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Flextronics.

Interview Details – I had a phone interview initially. I was asked standard questions about previous jobs and any technical experience I had. I was asked to describe a difficult problem I had in school or work and how I handled it. It was just like every other interview I've had and done for others. A second interview was done and it was similar to the first but this one was in person.

Interview Question – None. Everything was expected.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate but I did not. I took what they offered.

Interview Details – Just too much of a hassle to set up an interview.

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Flextronics in July 2009.

Interview Details – first a phonecall from one of the recruiters then 2 days later group interview and extensive application to fill out then the next following monday you are sent to a training facility for 2 weeks 5 days each with all expenses covered but be carefull you can get fired there very very easily. upon completion on last friday you are required to take a test consisting of 5 sections of what you covered durring the training. unfortunatly every body can be easily deemed as phone smile and wait for you to make a light mistake

Interview Question – Has there ever been a time where a customer was dissatisfied with your service?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – you get a choise of a territory of which store you want to work for if they dont have that territory they will pay $15 per hour to work at a different one
