Two one on one interviews were conducted. The interviewer were not very supportive. You have to be on you best and most formal behavior. The interview-interviewer connection wasn't easy to develop.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
I initially had two rounds of telephonic interviews. The questions were based on algo, ds and coding areas like given a singly linked list how do you efficiently determine if that represents a palindrome, heap related questions, designing data structure for LRU cache, one simple dp related question i.e. given a 2-D array in which each cell consists of either 'WATER' or 'LAND' and a cell (say (i,j)), we should print out the continuous stretch of area surrounding this cell containing 'LAND'.
Later i had five onsite interviews:-
Algo/DS Round:
1. Given a node in a binary tree, print all nodes that are k units away from this node i.e. the nodes can be parents, children, sibling etc.
2. Given a boolean expression with n predicates separated by n-1 operators, operator can be either & or | or ^, based on how you group the expression with paranthesis, the value will be evaluated to True or False. Design an algo to count number of such combinations which will evaluate to true.
Coding Round:
Implement LRU Cache. i was given a laptop and was asked to code it in an editor of my choice. Basically, i should be able to write well designed syntactically correct modularcode. I choose to implement this in C++. I managed to come up with a working code this in 45 minutes.
Design Round:
OO Design:
Design Snake and Ladder Game?
DB Design:
Design schema for n-ary tree with each node having information to only certain set of attributes among name, age, address, value etc. Also, table should store hierarchy information i.e. parent child info. Post that, i was asked to write sql queries for:-
a. printing out all parents of a given node (use recursive CTE)
b. printing out all nodes which has exactly two children.
Bar Raiser Round:
Was asked to explain the projects and technologies i worked on. The discussion was based around my problems that i tried to solve. I was given one problem based around the Order Management System and the interviewer asked me to make the search service extensible i.e. say if some new category service like apparel is introduced, then search results should show up these results also along with existing results. So, it required strategy pattern to be implemented.
Hiring Manager:
It was genral discussion based around analytics, tools, ETL frameworks that i worked on.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
First interview was telephonic & it went for around 45-50 minutes. The interview consisted of general introduction of my work in the previous company and then 3 algorithm/DS questions were asked. I managed to answer all three.
Next interview was scheduled in the bangalore office.
First interview was a coding round where I was given a laptop with eclipse installed and was asked to implement an LRU cache and was given 1 hour. I managed to complete it in 45 minutes.
Second interview was Algo/DS/Problem Solving round and around 5-6 questions were asked. I managed to answer all except one. Questions were of average difficulty.
Third interview was taken by two different mangers of the teams in which they wanted to fill the positions & it was more like a general conversation instead of proper interview, work/challenges/initiatives in my previous company, how to improve flipkart website, the common elevator question
Fourth interview was a general HR round.
I was given the offer next day itself.
Reason for Declining
I wanted to join a start-up

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
I think the key factor that defines what flipkart expects of a potential employee is "good problem solving skills". I guess they really look at understanding how you approach problems and how you can convert a design to code effectively. The interview process was spread over three days with two telephonic rounds and a day of 1:1 interview. The HR team was very prompt in responding back after each round and Flipkart really kept their word about the time taken to get back.
Telephonic round: I'm not sure how much this helps, but during the telephonic round, even if you don't know the answer, think out loud so that they know your thought process.
1:1 round: This took place from 10:00 to 17:00. There were 4 rounds and each round had a significance. Again, think out loud if you don't know the answer (But, that doesn't mean you think out loud irrelevant solutions. It could go against you )

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
Overall pathetic company. They waste your time.
Round 1 : Telephonic => Just to check technical compatibility.
Round 2 : Telephonic => Ask everything except relevant question, even I requested them to ask anything related to design, development or architecture.
* Searching in circular Shifting Array - answers somewhat 50%
* Mobile Phone Directory database Structure - couldn't start
* 2-dice equal probability problem - answered almost 90%
After that got call from HR, about 1:1 interview. Told them that My early interview not good as that was not good. She told that I'm being considered for different team.
Round 3: 1:1 => Lot of MySQl questions. Case study & design of Tweeter Architecture. Performed more than 100%
Round 4: 1:1 => Again further MySQL queries round. Answered almost everything, except told in the starting that didn't work in Master-Master replication.
After 3 & 4 round I was very confident of being selected. However, didn't got selected probably they couldn't afford me the competitive salary, despite of committing best in the industry.
Really, Flipkart is chillar company, who doesn't value others Time. Both 1:1 interviewers received many calls & went out in between during interview.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
Day 1: I was asked to attend the interview scheduled at Ozone Manay Tech Park - Bangalore. It took me 4 hours to locate the venue and reach there. I still managed to arrive on time as I had left home early. After an hour's wait, I'm ushered in with my resume. The man on the other end of the table glances at the resume, asks my name and goes away. Another man enters and asks about my overall experience. I'm asked to come back the next day. This entire thing took 4 minutes.
Day 2: I meet the person scheduled to interview me. She glanced through my resume and asks if I'm ok with rotational shifts. I say yes. She asks me to go to the Kormangla office to attend the Operations round. Our conversation lasts for 4 minutes. She ends up giving me wrong directions and vague landmarks to the Kormangla office. I end up hunting the address for 3 more hours.
Finally at the venue:
I walk into a building where the Flipkart sign is displayed. After 3 knocks on the door and no answer, I open the door and step in. To my surprise, I'm standing amid representatives who are logged into their systems. They have n clue who I am. I ask one of them that I've come to interview with one Mr.Vignesh. He shoos me away saying that there's no one by that name in the entire building. I was almost on the verge of going mad when someone walked up to me and told me to go the building next door. I could clearly see that it was not Flipkart's office and had some other company's name displayed outside. But anyways, I learnt that the Operations interview was being held in that building next door.
I know that Flipkart has been started by IIM graduates but I least expected to face CAT exam questions in the Operations round for a Call Center Customer Service TL vacancy. It's obvious that I wasn't prepared and wasn't selected.
