Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 3 months)
Initial phone interview, I believe there were two. Then I was told to meet at the headquarters, I was interview by 5 people all on the same team. The director, the manager and 3 other various employees. That interview last 45 mins. They had it timed and were giving the same amount of time to each interview. I felt like I had a good change they asked about my skills but no tests just talking. I did end up getting the job.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Jacksonville, FL (took a day)
Panel style interview with a pool of questions. THey seemed to have no specific rhyme or reason, and no relevance to the job. Seemed to be more of a formality than actually caring about the person interviewed.
Try asking me a serious question about my background instead of "how would you feel if someone took your pen?"

Reason for Declining
Salary was far below industry standard with zero negotiation.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 2 weeks)
First round was simple phone interview with HR, Questions like tell me about yourself, strengths, weakness and goals. Second round was with hiring manager, department director and current employee (for past of the interview). Many behavior questions. They read you a term with the def. and ask you about a time you experienced/show that quality. Overall a pretty simple. I wish I had a face-to0face interview now that all is said and done.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Don't know if a background check was done before the job offer. Applied on-line, and was called the next day to set up a preliminary interview with the HR person. That interview was fairly detailed, with many structured questions asked. The entire interview process was very structured and professional; the interviews themselves were quite detailed with the kinds of questions you'd expect in a presidential candidate debate. Questions were not spontaneous, interviewed by both a hiring manager and another manager, by 3 way conference call. Interview lasted over an hour, without any questions on my part. I could have been talking to note-taking robots. When the interview ended, I had no feeling at all as to whether they were interested in me, or not.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I was asked several behavioral interview questions. I interviewed with a 2:panel. I was drilled for about an hour . Why I was answering the questions the panel was writing down my answers. The questions that they asked me were three parts questions and they wanted examples of each situation. There was alot of silence in the room at different times. They were friendly.

The interview process was learning process for me, as it was my 1st official job interview after graduating. The process was a little different in that I had an onsite interview first but was selected for another position that was open within the department. I had a total of 3 interviews, 2 onsite and 1 phone interview with a groups of 2 people.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 weeks)
I first applied for the position online. The next day, I received a call from their HR dept basically conducting a screening to see if I met the minimum requirements. After this, I was instructed to take a test online. The test was a simulator of what the actual job would be like, and it tested me to see if I was a good fit. I passed the test and was notified via email that I was selected to have a face to face interview. This interview was about a week later. There were two managers conducting the interview. One who was a trainer and the other which was the actual manager of the dept I would work in. The interview style was the type where they give u a word, tell u the definition of that word, then ask you to give an example of when you had to deal with that...
