very professional, it was clear the expectations were very high for results in generating the right candidates for the positions in nuclear engineering. It seemed they like people to be totally dedicated to their work and do whatever it takes to get the job done, including working nights, weekends, holidays and coming in early in the morning and staying late at night with no expectation of work-life balance.
