Declined Offer – Interviewed in New Orleans, LA Nov 2011 – Reviewed Dec 1, 2011
Interview Details – Very odd interview. Questions were more appropriate for a fresh out-of-college software developer, not for a seasoned director level. I wanted to talk about the vision of the products being developed and how to lean out waste and create an environment of innovation and creativity ... not be quizzed about the best method to store variable data on an ASP page. I'm not sure they are ready for prime time.

Reason for Declining – FLVS is not ready to create world-class software. They say they are ready to take it up a notch, but I don't think they would be willing to take the uncomfortable steps to get there.
