I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Florida's Blood Centers in February 2012.

Interview Details – For FBC, it really is a stroke of luck. Most of the time, now with the merger, they are moving people around from all 3 companies.I would say that is very difficult for an outsider, other than donor services staff, (Front Line Staff) to get their foot in the door.

Interview Question – To describe your proven track records, and everything is about Producing, increasing, profit, and overall PROFIT. Also, they want to know if you have any "contacts" or friends with a title in the community where you will work.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – With today's economy, most people are willing to accept the first offer, so negotiating is not in the best interest. Remember, there are probably 1500 people applying for the same job.
