Interview Details

It was about 40 minutes interview going over the resume. mostly the behavioral questions. one question i remember was asking about the favorite subject. i was also asked about the team projects and research i have done.

    I got the initial interview through my college career fair followed by a telephonic interview and onsite interview. The onsite interview consists of 3 technical rounds (1:1) for 30 minutes each. Then an informal meeting during lunch across the department followed by HR dept info session

    I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Fluor.

    Interview Details

    2 rounds of interview: first round with 2 people, 1 HR guy and another one with just an engineer from the process engineering department! interviews were quite ok and people were friendly! just standard interview questions!
    after 2 weeks, the second (last) round of interview was held with only process department manager and he just asked again the same questions as first interviewers!
    In totall, they wanna know if u are a good team worker, motivated and your back ground fits the work of there or not
