Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
Very comfortables one on one interview. Pretty basic question have I ever sold before, work history stuff. Questions were formed to figure out what kind of personality you had to fit the job and to find out what I as an applicant was looking for in the job and what I had to offer the company.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 3 days)
Fairly easy process. I walked in to get an application filled it out and turned it back in within 15 minutes. Got a call about 2 days later for a one on one interview with 2 managers. Basic questions like why do you want to work here, can you lift so many pounds, and can you stand long? I got the job offer on the spot and accepted it. I might of gotten a better chance than most because someone referred me.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Erie, PA (took a day)
I filled out an application in person, and got a call a couple of months later when they started hiring new people. I was interviewed by one store manager. The interview was only about 5 minutes long, and had typical interview questions, overall it went very well and we got along.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Wausau, WI (took a day)
The first interview was a quick prescreen with an HR recruiter to find out things like interest, salary requirement, etc. The second interview was over the phone with the hiring manager. That lasted close to an hour. He explained the position, asked me questions he had, he asked questions feeding off my repsonses as well, and answered questions I had about the position. The conversation went well. The next interview was on-site where I first talked with an HR rep for 30 minutes and toured the building, then talked 30 minutes with the person I would be replacing, and then 30 minutes with the hiring manager. The recruiter asked basic questions focusing on culture fit. The person I was replacing asked questions about how I would do or did do certain things related to the position. The hiring manager largely just went over things we had already talked about.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Anderson, SC (took a day)
My friend initially told me that they were in need of a newbie because her friend just quit. She joked, asking if I was planning on actually going to work and not be absent without telling them. The manager barely interviewed me. Just showed me the basics and emphasized customer service. Good atmosphere. Co-workers were so comfortable with each other. Tried on the shoes and played with the rubber footballs and basketballs when no customers were around. The aerial TVs showed hip hop and alternative videos, so we weren't so bored all the time.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took 2 days)
Contacted me because I had previous experience in a different state. I was contacted by a manager in a different location than the one I applied at. Manager asked questions regarding my leadership abilities and how many people I could manage. I was also asked about brand identity.
