My friend initially told me that they were in need of a newbie because her friend just quit. She joked, asking if I was planning on actually going to work and not be absent without telling them. The manager barely interviewed me. Just showed me the basics and emphasized customer service. Good atmosphere. Co-workers were so comfortable with each other. Tried on the shoes and played with the rubber footballs and basketballs when no customers were around. The aerial TVs showed hip hop and alternative videos, so we weren't so bored all the time.

Contacted me because I had previous experience in a different state. I was contacted by a manager in a different location than the one I applied at. Manager asked questions regarding my leadership abilities and how many people I could manage. I was also asked about brand identity.

straight forward, first the manager of the store interview me then i got sent to the corporate office for a 2nd interview. The 1st interview literally only took 5 minutes the 2nd one about half an hour got called back a few days later and that was it.

I applied for this position after seeing it posted online, and got a response within 2 days asking for a phone interview. The interviewer was very pleasant and seemed to make sure I was comfortable. I was asked typical interview questions (when have I dealt with a difficult person and how I reacted, how well I work in a group setting, where do I see myself in 5 years, etc...) Overall, it was a pleasant interview, but I still did not receive an offer.

Got an interview because I knew someone who had already worked there. It was a basic interview where he asked me, why I'm looking for employment?, What makes me a good worker?, etc.. Make sure to dress appropriate and act like you want the job. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and got a call the next day that the job was mine.

Basically the manager was a year or two younger than I was; a punk kid who didn't give a damn about his job. When he wasn't staring at my chest he was talking about how the job was a joke. I purposely blew the interview so I wouldn't have to work for a schmuck like that.

got hired through a recruitment company. Was interviewed then by the HR , manager and controller. had to talk about my professional experience, personal life, nothing really different from other places. Liked the place, the people ( was introduced to all departments) and the company itself.
