Interviewed Feb 2008 (took a day)
Interviewed through Manpower, Inc. Interview had a few behavioral questions, but the most important part was a computer simulated test evaluating calls from the Customer Service stand point. Very customer service oriented is they key to past test.
After 4 months probation period with Manpower, Inc. I was hired as Customer Service Rep. by Ford Credit which is Collections.
Company seemed to be professional, but it is not while you are there for a while. The culture is pretty much you take it or leave it. This means you agree on everything or the doors are open for you to leave. Management with orthodox culture do not listen to employees concerns at all.
