Initial phone screening. Behavioral onsite interview with various managers. 'What If' questions about ethics, leadership. Group panel discussion about case response. Individual case response. Found out results in the same day. Debrief subsequent day.

At first I applied online via my schools career center. Then they came into our career center for a initial interview. mostly all behavioral questions, about an hour long. Then came back for a second interview and was given a case study to present in an hour. After that I was hired.

The selection was done in 2 phases. For the 1st interview (phase 1) a case study was given and a brief explanation of the case study was to be presented at the 1st interview. The 1st interview was with a Finance Manager where some behavorial questions were also asked starting with "Tell me about yourself". After you clear the 1st interview there was rounds of interviews (2:1)/group discussions(2:5)/Final interview with the Managers and in the evening there was dinner with a senior finance person (director)

Phone interview with 2 managers. This consisted of many behavorial questions and future employee development questions. They were very detailed in the type of work that was to be going on. Overall I enjoyed it and I received a phone call accepting the job offer. Very nice people to work with.
