Spoke on the phone with hiring manager. Nice fellow. Seemed like a great group to work for. I was invited to attend an interview "conference" but prior to that, I had to fill out an online application, took about a half hour, lots of big company detail and formality, and no ability to leave things blank like salary, and my expectations were not in line with theirs on salary, so I declined the the day long conference that started at 6:30AM.
