At first I applied online via my schools career center. Then they came into our career center for a initial interview. mostly all behavioral questions, about an hour long. Then came back for a second interview and was given a case study to present in an hour. After that I was hired.

30 minute interview at a career fair, invitation to interview on site - involves case study, personal ability to work with people & solve a problem/case, 2:1 interview with one observing body gestures & responses, social abilities / behavior (2 dinners), confirmation that you will or not receive an offer
