Interviewed Feb 2009 (took 2 weeks)
They called me over the phone. Had half an hour of questions based on Java/ J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.
Then 2 days later, the HR called me and arranged a face to face interview.
Face to Face was more of formality. If they like you, they will take you.

Negotiation Details
No Negotiation. starts at 40K for every year of experience, 5K. So calculate yourself. A 2 year experienced guy will get 50K per annum.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
