Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 2 days)
I first had a phone interview during which we discussed my background, work experience and education, and also how it pertained to the position being interviewed. A few days later, the company scheduled a one on one interview with the VP that the position would work for. They asked basic technical questions, nothing to difficult, and further described the position responsibilities in detail.

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 2 days)
Smooth and informal. Met and interviewed with three individuals, each for about 30-40 minutes. Questions were straight forward about my past experiences and why I wanted this position. They did mention that part of the culture was sometimes putting in long hours which is accurate.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Arlington, VA (took 4+ weeks)
I first made contact via a Craigslist ad. I then talked with the Property Manager through email setting up an office interview. The office was friendly and the interview process was very easy. After this process I received a phone interview from the corporate office. I got the job offer in early June. Then I had to take the Wonderlic, as well as take a drug test. It took almost a full month for the hirering process to finalize.
