Phone interview- very basic. I made sure I knew product info and sales type questions that you would normally expect. However nothing was normal to me about this interview. It was mainly a personality test geared toward throwing you off and probing further past what information is normally acceptable in an interview.

Initial phone interview, proceeded by 2 one on one interview with divisional managers, and after that an interview with the Regional Director. Pretty standard process, interviews were about 2 hours long each. Asking questions about resume and past experience. They also ask you to do a role play/ selling skill scenario which is realistic in a sense to get a feel for your skills.

Meet and greet at first- much like speed dating. 7 min to sell yourself to a manager then they rotate and start all over again. Not impressed by it. They look down upon prior pharma sales and they aren't shy telling you it. Like to play good cop bad cop to get out your true personality. Very deceiving and ask for a business card even though they will lie and say they dont have one. Take a notebook and ask each one their name and write it down. And ask good questions about their experience at Forest and take notes

Interviewer was very aggressive and i would consider this an objection interview to see how one handles rejection. He constantly rebutted everything I said basically telling me I was not right for the position and broke me down till I had nothing else to say. After leaving the interview I definetley learned from it and will be even more prepared for the next interview.

I had a panel interview. Questions, tell me about your exp. The interviewer took alot of notes. The interviewer asked me alot of basic interview questions in STAR format. Finally I was given 5 sheets of paper and asked to review them for 15 minutes and sale to the interviewers. I was told I will be contacted tomorrow with a decision.
