It was pretty simple. Took only 20 minutes or so. It was a group interview of around 8 people and one interviewer which was the hiring manager. She only asked us 3 questions which were: tell me about yourself, who is your style icon, and if you were stranded in a deserted island what 3 things would you take. She was really nice and funny. Made you feel at ease. She said she would call in a week for a second interview but i haven't gotten a call. I heard that sometimes it takes weeks so who knows.

They explain a little about the company to begin with. a group of about 10 people being interviewed. They stress speaking up, and being outgoing, or they wont notice you. They ask specific scenario questions, as well as basic interview questions.

Had me go through 3 interviews only to never hear back from them. On the 2nd interview I had to wait over an hour because they couldnt figure out my interview. And the 3rd was done by an assistant manager who seem disgruntled and uninterested in the interview. waste of my time. Glad i didnt get it because a better offer came the next month. One that didnt involve mandatory monday meetings at 7am and 2am closes :)

The interview process was only about twenty minutes long. I applied in person and got an interview the next day. It was a one on one interview with the store manager. She asked about previous work experience and why I decided to apply at forever 21. I didnt have to do anythig else for the job, but recently I have seen in store interviews with perspective employees, and they now have to chose an outfit for a scenario described by management to ensure that they have fashion sense and would be able to pick out good outfits for shoppers.

A little annoyed by the whole process. I got the call to interview with the store manger. On interview day did not seem interested in talking to me. Kept saying my shirt was cute. Asked a couple of questions about my work experience. This goes on for 10 minutes. Then let me know that the position was filled, just looking to find future canidates for the position. Why not tell someone this when setting up the interview. I was really hoping for a shot. I wouldn't have apply if I didn't need the job, Right? To me it wasn't a real even a real interview. Dissappointed.

I was contacted by HR and set up an appointment for an interview. The interviewer explained that they require you to work very long hours, usually from 9am to 8pm, for very little pay in the beginning. Their wages are not competitive and you get a short lunch break that is unpaid. Turnover is very high and they want to hire someone who will commit to 2-3 years with the company. It is a very busy atmosphere and little to no training is provided. If you work hard and stick with it you might be able to move up in the company but they have little patience for any type of error.
