Interview Details – Usually the interview process involves Q&A from current management via phone. Then they will set up an in-store interview with store manager. If you pass this round in the interview process and are a management candidate, the district manager will then contact you for interview as well.

Negotiation Details – They low-balled me salary wise. Negotiate as much as possible!
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 6 days.
