I applied through other source and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Forrester Research in February 2009.

Set up initial phone screen
Met with hiring managers and 3 other managers and one rep
Interview Question – None not very clever or hard questions Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Easy. Told them what I wanted and they gave me the high end of their range
The process took 4 weeks - interviewed at Forrester Research in November 2009.
Interview Details – Interview process was facilitated by HR. Met by phone with HR and in person with Sales Management. Company morale seemed challenged. Process was organized, follow up was inconsistent.
