First you'll have to take a paper-based test, mainly technical questions. You'll be asked to write in C/C++. Then based on your skill test result there will be 3 or more 1:1 interviews.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
