Interviewed May 2011 in Punta Brava (Mexico) (took 3 days)
People was nice but tough at the same time. Even if you try an interview for maintenance they want you to know English. With me was hard but I did good. They didn't call me thouh cause I didnt have the 3 years experience they wanted and they don't spend a lot of time training people specially waiters. They asked me why I wanted to work with them and why I thought I was the right person for such position. Then I took an English test in a computer, if I failed I couldn't go next step where they put you in a real situation to see how you work and handle situations specially when you work under pressure.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Beverly Hills, CA (took 1 week)
Started with my resume being sent online, 2 days after i received a call from the HR manager setting me an appointment to be interviewed. went there and filled a basic application of 2 pages, then went conducted the interview in her office .. she was so friendly and explained to me the process and said there will be questions about specific situations and the answers has to be with specific examples of what did i do?
we spent around 30 minutes and then she approved my application to the next step which was to have an interview with Assistant Director of Finance. He was extremely nice and we spent another 30 minutes in some questions and the job description. He approved me and explained that there are few other candidates and they will see which candidate is more closely match to the position and they will let me know.
next day the HR manager called to set me an appt with Director of Finance, went there and spent like 20 minutes asking me questions about previous experience and how my skills will be fit to the job.. i was approved by him and sent right after that to meet either Hotel Manager or General Manager.
few minutes later we headed our way to the hotel manager and she was beyond nice and small talks about my previous experience and the culture that works in the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
i was approved and next week i was called to sign the contract "Job Offer" and then Drug Test.
Remember: Four Seasons Hotels Inc. are really interested in the Person not the Experience. Their Employees are the most valuable assets and this is for real in this company culture and this is why they are always in the list of 100 Best Companies to work for.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 1 week)
Very basic, it is based on personality more than anything. It was intensive of normal questions being asked over and over - but be ready with examples. Be honest and truthful - they respect that greatly!

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
Once a week the Four Seasons holds open interviews. Everyone is escorted into the building and brought into the Human Resources department to fill out applications. Each person is then interviewed and informed if there is a position open for the job they have applied for. People seem to keep their jobs at this company because there are very few openings.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
I met several managers: HR, Food and Beverage, Executive chef and several sous chefs. They asked about previous work experience, and my decision regarding an imaginary problems (ie. what would you make for a hungry vegetarian customer) Over all standard interview questions with no "black box test"

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Jackson Hole, WY (took 2 days)
Well, I applied at the Human Resources office, then they checked my CV, after it they invited me inside the HR and had a 20 minutes interview with the Human Resources Manager. After it another 2 interviews were applied.
One with the Department Superior - Manager in charge at that time and the second day with the General Manager of that Hotel. He decided all the contract details: payment, schedule, etc.
All in all, it was a great experience, very proffesional attitude for a season job that I was appling.
Awesome company!

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Austin, TX (took a day)
Went through 3 different interviews in a row. One with a human resources representative, one with a director of food and beverage, and one with a general manager. The interview process was not that bad and everyone interviewing me was very friendly. After three interviews in a row however, it became hard to keep finding things to talk about without repeating myself too many times. Overall though the interviewers were most interested in my personality and attitude.
