Interviewed Jun 2010 in Jackson Hole, WY (took 2 days)
Well, I applied at the Human Resources office, then they checked my CV, after it they invited me inside the HR and had a 20 minutes interview with the Human Resources Manager. After it another 2 interviews were applied.
One with the Department Superior - Manager in charge at that time and the second day with the General Manager of that Hotel. He decided all the contract details: payment, schedule, etc.
All in all, it was a great experience, very proffesional attitude for a season job that I was appling.
Awesome company!

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Austin, TX (took a day)
Went through 3 different interviews in a row. One with a human resources representative, one with a director of food and beverage, and one with a general manager. The interview process was not that bad and everyone interviewing me was very friendly. After three interviews in a row however, it became hard to keep finding things to talk about without repeating myself too many times. Overall though the interviewers were most interested in my personality and attitude.

Interviewed May 2010 in Austin, TX (took a day)
Friendly, behavioral based questions.
Basically a "first interview" with HR rep. No positions available in my field at this time.
Nice positive experience, but no real progress.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
Applied online on their website and got a call the following day. Scheduled to come in for an interview a few days later. Everyone was very nice and helpful to get me to the right place. First interview was with the HR manager for about 30 minutes and then 2nd interview was with the Department Director for another 30 mins. After that interview was done, I went to see the Hotel Director. 3 interviews one after another & everything went smoothly. Most questions asked during the interview was situational moments in past experiences. Pretty easy if you know what to say when you're giving examples. Woohoo!

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
completely waste of time. i called to check if there is vacancies, and was told to meet at the hotel face-to-face. then the fom greeted me, we talked a bit while walking... apparently he was walking me to human resources to fill up a form. and that's it.
i dont see the point. i think there is a fine line between being luxury and stuck up, and four seasons crossed it. i had worked in another fs property previously and totally enjoyed my experience, but i dont like this aging company that is losing its competitive edge anymore

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 5 days)
very institutional, almost textbook cookie cutter hotel. Considering their rep, I expected something more individual to the company. Did a 1 on one with a screener, then with F&B Director.

Interviewed May 2007 in Santa Barbara, CA (took 4+ weeks)
The Interview process consists of 3 interviews, first at HR, then with progressively higher managers. The HR interview could be done by a robot, it's just a standard screening interview with a form to be filled out and passed on upwards. I interviewed with the restaurant manager after that, and they considered it enough to hire me. The company itself is very organized, and the process was very professional.
