Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 3 weeks)
I applied online. After a little more than a week of no response from HR, I directly emailed the principle investigator in the job description. Then I get an email from HR that week requesting an interview. The interview was two rounds. First round was with a HR personal and the second interview was with the principle investigator that I will be working so. An offer came about one week later.

Interviewed Nov 2008 (took 2 weeks)
There was an initial phone interview asking basic questions about your previous work experience and then two weeks later there was a group interview that consisted of alot of role playing and between the interviewer and the interviewee and then between those who were interviewing. And then there was one in one again asking about your previous work experience.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
I applied online, got a call a few weeks later to come in for an interview. Came in, met 1:1 with an HR person. Was told I would speak with her for half an hour (mostly official stuff and benefits explanation), and then go speak with the head of the lab that I was applying to work in (I was not told ahead of time that I would meet him). Spoke with him about an hour (mostly him talking, not many questions).

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
Quick phone interview with HR. In person HR interview then an interview with the Department Director and several of the employees. Then nothing, pure silence. No response from FCCC indicating that I had been passed over. I even went so far as to contact the HR department and the Director asking for follow up but no reply received.
