Applied for position online. Received a phone call from Human Resources as first interview. In person interview with senior management followed. Presentation/ Case Study was required. All people I interviewed with was very professional, kind and sympathetic. Feedback was given when requested. Overall experience was great.

HR was too presumptive. Did not give an opportunity to explain the skills and experience I actually had. They decided on their own what my qualifications were, which I find extremely unhelpful and odd. We did not get very far because it was determined, without asking me, that I did not have the experience necessary,
