The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Foxtons (London, England) in Jun 2010
Interview
Phone interview that confirmed I was a legal citizen and able to work. Panel presentation that was a regurgitation of what was on the website. Then a 3 minute 1:1 with a hr person who talked so fast that she took no time to respond to my answers, just ticked boxes. At no time were my skills related to the job discussed or asked about.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Foxtons (Chiswick, England) in May 2015
Interview
I actively seeked out this position. I sent my Cv to recruitment, and contacted them to see if they had any roles available, they did not at that moment, but I was advised they would be looking within the month. A couple of weeks went by and I received a call saying they were hiring and am I still available for an interview. I was invited for an interview within the week. My first interview was with the head of recruitment, 1-1. It was very relaxed and more about me as a person, I then had to do a spelling test and short written test. The following day I was contacted and told I was successful and could I come in for a second interview the following week. My second interview was a 1-1 with the head of the photography, magazine department. I showed my portfolio and a talked more about the job in this interview. The next day I was offered the job.
