Very Bad as HR does not seem to have a idea about pays

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Hyderabad (India) (took 2 weeks)
I got a call from HR and asked me to come down for the interview. The first round was the IQ test which was not difficult, followed by HR round of interview. I cleared all this, they asked me to come for manager round in next week. After Manager round was the head of the team round.
