Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 2 weeks)
Recruitment process was very unorganized.
They had gotten my resume out of a resume book, and then emailed me, asking me in all red, bold letters to REPLY TO TODAY if you are interested. Then, in order to phone interview, filling out a paper application and then faxing it was required, there was no online application.
Once I reached second round, my travel arrangements were made the business day before I had to depart for their headquarters in DC. They didn't even give me information about which hotel I would be staying in until I was at the airport. From asking around, I was not alone in this experience. This cast them in a negative light right from the beginning.
Once I got there things were a bit better coordinated. People were very nice, and the interviews were pretty easy. However, presenting for an hour about mortgages to IT recruits at 8:00 am probably isn't recommendable.

Reason for Declining
I chose to decline partially based upon the negative experience during the recruitment process. Also, compared to other offers I had gotten, I feel like they sort of low-balled my salary considering cost of living in the DC metro area. Finally, many of the recruits at the event seemed under-qualified compared to myself, and they would be hiring roughly half of them, which I decided would make me a bad fit.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
