Interviewed Mar 2011 in Bucharest (Romania) (took 4+ weeks)
I attended 3 interviews in this period. First one was conducted by a HR representative and consisted in situational questions ("what would you do if..." kind of questions). The second one was a phone call with the functional manager who presented the department and asked about my experience. The last one was on-site with the same manager, who asked about the same questions as during the phone interview. After one month, they offered me a different position than the one I had applied for. As a consequence I declined their offer.
