I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Freescale Semiconductor in February 2010.
Interview Details –
i entered the room and there were 2 interviewers.
they asked me about my studies (it was a student position), which courses i liked\disliked.
they also asked me about my current job. then they discribed a bit the position itself and left me some room for questions and then the technical interview started.
there were supposed to be 2 technical interviews but because i was a student there was only 1.
after passing the interview i was offered a contract by the HR person.
Pros: In comparison, Freescale is a more relax place to work, peers are technically inclined and helpful, employer contribution to EPF at 15%, car interest subsidy, public holiday which falls on Sat will be replaced on Friday, contractual bonus, and… – Full Review
