Interview Details –
Hired through Aerotek (hiring agency) for a position at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Was phoned by Aerotek rep and an interview at the Fresenius facility was made for Friday. The interview was at 10am. I waited for 20 minutes as another interviewee was supposedly coming (group interviews are the most common), but he never showed. I was interviewed by 2 managers about my educational background and current job/living situation. I got drilled with 6 or 7 fairly basic academic questions and the main manager was impressed and pretty much said I had the job. I was given an extremely brief tour and then told I'd be contacted soon. I left at 10:35 am. The interview was shorter than the time I had to wait....
Anyway, Aerotek confirmed I had been offered a position the following Monday. They gave me 5 hours to accept the position and really were pushing the concept of me starting that week. I had already explained I would be having surgery and would not be able to, but they insisted repeatedly (got extremely frustrating actually). Told them I would accept and go to sign the papers on Thursday and begin work the next week. The managers were fine with this. Signed papers the Thursday after my interview and started working Monday (1 week and 3 days after the initial interview).
Interview Question – Pretty straightforward questions, except for one. I was asked to answer what happens when 2 is divided by 0 in digital communications or on a computer. I answered that it was undefined behavior. NO CLUE if this was acceptable as an answer. I know I got all the other ones correct though. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Was not able to negotiate. Got the lowest of the desired salaries I had requested. Because I'm young and lack experience I mostly expected that from Aerotek/Fresenius.

Interview Details –
Standard interview at facility with manager. The next day I had a phone interview
With the regional manager. I was sent an email with a link to an online test.
The test was ridiculous. It was composed of a personality test, word test and algebra
questions. The test took me 2 hours to complete. After the test was submitted I received
another email with a link to complete questions for a background check.
Interview Question – Algebra questions on post interview test. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Work week was every other Saturday. Received another job offer that did not include weekends.

Interview Details – Applied online, took very long "personality" test, which after the first 140 questions, moved to math, algeba, word association, defintions, etc. (So, you'll need a calulator) The interviewers were very nice, the facility was very clean and bright. Ad failed to mention it was a floating position between facilities in towns 30 miles away.. Workdays start at 5a, wrap up at 3-4p. Closed Sundays.
Interview Question – "Would you mind being floated between diff facilities? You could be at all 3 within one week." That was the main reason the job wasn't for me. Perfect for one who doesn't mind a drive at 4a . Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Floating position. They did say call back if I changed my mind. I didn't inqure about pay.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Ogden, UT Oct 2009 – Reviewed Feb 25, 2013
Interview Details – This was the easiest interview I've ever had! However, the process is changed immensely since I was hired. I literally just had a talk with the driver manager. At the time, I did not have a drive test or anything. Things have changed since we have grown. You now come on with a temporary service which does all of the interviewing process. If interested, you have a drive test.
Interview Question – At the time of my interview, there were no questions. It was just chit chat. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiations, but the hiring process takes a very long time.

Interview Details – I met with the city / area manager for the interview. Manager was very professional and straightforward. Nothing unusual about the process in the interview. Work history, duties, expectations were discussed. Best experiences and worst experiences I have had during the years I have spent working in dialysis were also discussed. The compensation negotiations were fairly typical.
Interview Question – Have you considered a clinic manager position? View Answer

Interview Details – I initially got a call from an HR employee and she asked me to come in and interview. During the interview she asked me a few questions about my resume, past jobs, education, etc. She got into some typical interview questions like "What are your strengths and weaknesses"
Interview Question – "What was something that happened at a previous job that you wish you would have handled differently?" Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Pay was very very low
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Deerfield, IL Jan 2012 – Reviewed Jan 23, 2013
Interview Details – The interview was scheduled one week in advance. When I arrived, the clinic manager seemed to read off scripted questions with little or no personal flare. I submitted to a cheap oral drug screen while sitting at the desk of my future supervisor which initially came back as inconclusive. A second screen was more accurate and of course was negative. The clinic manager did give me a tour of the facility which I did appreciate.
Interview Question – What's your biggest weakness? Not too difficult of a question. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There is no negotiation with Fresenius Medical Care, you'll take what little they give you, and you'll like it.
