Fresh and Easy Customer Assistant Interview

Basically you go online and complete the form. They do ask you to answer a series of multiple choice questions and also give some brief previous experience/education information. I think the trick to answering most of the questions is basically picking the most team friendly answers. Also its important to pick the answers that puts the customer needs above your own. Posting a resume is optional; I didn't. Then they call you to set up an interview if they are interested.

The actual interview consisted of a store manager (not the one directly related to the store I was working in) giving me a brief tour then taking me back for the interview. Questions were mainly related to my current job and how I felt I impacted my workplace. I needed a LOT of very specific examples of various work situations (how did you help an employee grow, how did you handle a difficult situation, etc). It was roughly 45 minutes of these types of questions. Then they ask for a background check and a drug test. The drug test does not cost anything for you. Managers interviewing me seemed really nice.

Finally- they send an email to you with specific instructions to call and email within 24 hours if you accept their offer. READ all of it carefully because I heard these emails were not sent out at the same time. Mine was sent to me the morning before my first day and this other guy got his like 12 hours before his first day.
