Interviewed Oct 2008 in Mountain View, CA (took 4+ weeks)
First phone interviews with target team members, then in-house 1:1 sessions with 5-7 team members. Then final step interview with SVP of department. Then wait a bit for the offer.

I had multiple offers going and I played them out a bit. Did get 10% salary increase from the first offer.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Presentation.
