Interviewed Feb 2012 in Plano, TX (took 4+ weeks)
I was an employee referral and submitted my resume to HR via my contact at the company. It took about 4 weeks to schedule the interview because our calendars were tough to sync.
The interview was all behavioral and was focussed on establishing my credentials around Consumer Goods marketing. Frito-Lay was concerned about my experience with tools such as Nielsens and my ability to work with Category Management teams focussed on consumer products.
Questions included:
Describe your experience with Consumer Focus Groups
Describe your experience with retail marketing
Describe the tools you have used to understand consumer behaviors around your product and competing products
Due to the current economy and state of tine job market, you will not get into Frito-Lay, candidates with limited Consumer Goods experience and weak internal contacts at the company.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Plano, TX (took 2 days)
Frito-Lay did a wonderful job recruiting. We first had interviews with 2 people on campus, then about a month later we were flown to Texas. The first night they had a dinner with lots of HR employees and executives at Frito. Then we had 3 - 45 minute interviews which were standard behavioral interviews. We also were given the opportunity to tour a manufacturing facility. Overall it was a great experience.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 2 days)
Campus interview - then site interview meeting with 5 different managers - some talked more about the company and did not ask questions while others asked very technical questions or some philosophical questions regarding hourly employees. After job offer, there was a pretty good onboarding process that has since been abandoned. Today, it more or less - sink or swim. Limited onboarding, little formal training beyond technicians.

Was not very knowledgeable about negotiating at the time - would definitely attempt to get more vacation time if you have previous work experience -but, get it in writing.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Background Check, a Drug Test and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Plano, TX (took 3 days)
Started with a career fair. After, we were asked to have an on site interview at the school. From there they had us come up to the headquarters campus for several panel and individual interviews with increasing difficulty each time. After that, we sat on pins and needles for a couple of weeks waiting for a phone call. I got lucky!

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Plano, TX (took 2 weeks)
The interview consisted of three separate interviews with separate managers and associates and a tour of Frito-Lay's Plano, TX headquarters. The interviews mostly focused on past experiences, future career goals, personality and coursework. Each of the interviewers was very personable and open to answering questions that I had. Frito-Lay also did a great portraying the positive working environment and culture that they have and giving you the impression that it would a place that you would enjoy working.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Plano, TX (took 2 days)
The first interview was intented to be an on-campus interview; however, when I went through the process, they could not get a space in our career center for an interview, so I was asked to visit the headquarters campus. My first interview consisted of behavioral-based questions (like "How do you deal with conflict?" and "What is your greatest achievement?"). The interview was very laid back and I could tell it was mostly just to see if my personality would fit in with the company.
The second round of interviews consisted of three 30-minute interviews in which I learned about different positions available within the Operations department. While still behavioral-based questions, this round was designed more to determine placement rather than personality.
Once offered the position (which I accepted), the company conducted a background check and I had to complete a drug test.
