Interviewed Mar 2012 in Modesto, CA (took 1 week)
Initial interview was done in the career center at my university. The interview consisted of a handful of behavioral questions (i.e. describe a time when....you used your technical skills to solve a problem... something didn't go the way you had planned...) just answer these questions honestly and in the Action Response Result format.
Second interview is an on-site interview where you get a tour of the plant. Then you interview with three people from the 'leadership team' and a less formal interview with HR. The interviews are again very behavioral and are a bunch of questions that they have prepared. Formatted behavioral interview I guess you could say. This whole process went on for about 5 hours with time for lunch.
Interview process was very god practice - everyone that I met was extremely friendly.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 days)
I had a very positive experience interviewing at Frito Lay. First a brief phone interview, followed by a one-on-one interview with HR representative, and a panel interview with a total of eight managers from various departments. At the end, current employees working in this position took me and other 2 interviewees out to lunch in a nice restaurant.
It was a long but very informative interview.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Rancho Cucamonga, CA (took a day)
Met with college recruiters at Job fair at University. I was then asked to apply online. It see,ed the recruiters didn't care much about my pas experience during the job fair. I applied online at the Pepsico careers website and received a phone call a few days later and they performed a quick phone briefing. Typical questions but didn't get a chance to talk too much about how I could be valuable to their organization. Received a generic thank you letter in the mail the following day.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 4 months)
Believe the best in what they do. However I didn't go to college to get a job in a factory. The company has great pay and benefits starting out but comes with a ton of hours working second or third shift. The position has extremely high turnover and the employees you manage have been working there longer than I've been alive. Decent offer, but I won't be taking the job at frito lay.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 weeks)
the interview process was rigorous and hard. Before you actually are interviewed by a set of 4 individuals...you are given a plant tour and an overview of the business. After you are interviewed they give you lunch, and then if you are qualified enough, they will call you back for a second round
