Interviewed Nov 2008 (took 2 days)
I attended a hiring event for Frontier Airlines, there were many applicants and several interviewers. After the first round of interviews, the interveiwers met to discuss results and then came back and concucted round two interviews the same day. I was notified the following day for the job offer. The interviewers were great, asked good questions regarding job experiencing versus what kind of ice cream you want to be. I liked this hiring style.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotion for rate of pay. You take what that offered or you didn't get the job. This was just a entry-level position though. This is an awesome job for those who want to travel, can work pretty much any schedule assigned including any holidays, childrens birthdays, and pretty much any other important occassion you celebrate. Shifts are determined based on senority alone. Can be a high stress job if you don't like talking to angry people,
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The first contact from a recruiter was by phone. After the telephone interview I was invited to a group interview in Milwaukee. Frontier issued me a non-rev round trip space available ticket to the interview and provided a hotel with low rates for the overnight stay.
The interview consisted of a group participation Q&A, self introductions and why we would be great for Frontier.
We were then fingerprinted and drug tested. One on one interviews followed.
About ten days later I was contacted by e-mail and offered employment as a flight attendant for Frontier.
I am presently in the hiring pool, awaiting a training date.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Denver, CO (took 2 days)
I originally applied while living in another state so my first interview was over the phone. Then I came into the office and interviewed with some higher-ups.
Questions Asked:
What do you know about the company?
What are you most proud of in your life?
How do you communicate with others?
What is the most important thing to you in a work environment?
There was also a test asking about Market Shares, Pivot Tables, Airline Codes, and Airport Codes.

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took 2 weeks)
I was invited to a group interview/information meeting after applying for the position online. The large group was then broken up into smaller groups in which we were evaluated. I had a good perception of the people and culture following the first meeting and interview. I later received an invitation for a second interview which consisted of a panel of 5 interviewers and 5 interviewees. The second interview felt rushed and as though it was performed by employees who did not want to be there.
